The aim of this proactive nutrition and healthy lifestyle initiative is to address the lack of physical activity, poor nutrition and childhood obesity in Michigan communities by leveraging and coordinating efforts to enable children in Michigan to practice healthy behaviors and live healthy lives.

The aim of this proactive initiative is to improve access and availability of integrated, comprehensive services for older adults that are delivered in a person-centered way.
We are no longer accepting grant applications for the 2017 Behavioral Health Initiative.
The aim of this initiative is to improve access to high quality, person-centered, integrated and cost-effective services for Michigan residents.
We are no longer accepting grant applications for the 2016 Community Health Impact initiative.
The intention of the Health Fund’s responsive grantmaking is to allow for meaningful investment in projects that will have an impact on community health and wellness and are smaller in scale and complexity. Responsive grants are available to qualifying non-profit organizations and public agencies that serve residents in Michigan, and projects must address one of the Health Fund’s eight focus areas.
